What to expect
Brief check-in (5–10 minutes): We’ll set an intention for the session and identify one or two priority topics.
Guided coaching conversation (40–45 minutes): Using evidence-based coaching techniques, I’ll ask questions, reflect, and help you uncover insights and options. Movement and the outdoor setting support creativity, perspective, and emotional regulation.
Action planning and close (5–10 minutes): We’ll agree on specific, attainable next steps and any accountability you’d like.
