Purpose

  • Create focused momentum on one or two priority areas (career, relationships, habits, mindset, goals).

  • Clarify values and outcomes, identify obstacles, and leave with a concrete action plan and accountability.

Structure (90 minutes)

  1. Welcome & Set Intentions (5 minutes)

    • Quick check-in: state how you’re showing up and what you most want from the session.

    • Agree on the main focus and desired outcome for this call.

  2. Current Reality & Clarification (15 minutes)

    • Explore the situation: facts, feelings, recent attempts, and resources.

    • Identify limiting beliefs, assumptions, and recurring patterns.

  3. Values & Priorities Alignment (10 minutes)

    • Confirm what matters most right now.

    • Ensure the chosen focus aligns with core values and longer-term goals.

  4. Goal Definition & Success Criteria (10 minutes)

    • Define a specific, measurable outcome for the session.

    • Agree on how you’ll know the result was achieved (evidence of progress).

  5. Obstacles & Options (20 minutes)

    • Brainstorm practical options and strategies.

    • Assess each option for feasibility, impact, and fit.

    • Challenge limiting beliefs and reframe where needed.

  6. Decision & Action Planning (20 minutes)

    • Select 1–3 committed actions with clear steps, deadlines, and supports.

    • Define resources required and potential obstacles with contingency steps.

    • Set an accountability plan (check-ins, metrics, or an accountability partner).

  7. Closing Review & Commitments (5 minutes)

    • Summarize key insights, actions, and timeline.

    • Confirm confidence level and any immediate adjustments.

    • Schedule follow-up or next steps if applicable.

Pre-Session Preparation (for client)

  • Reflect briefly on the main challenge and desired outcome (2–3 sentences).

  • List recent actions taken and what did/didn’t work.

  • Bring any relevant documents or notes you want to reference.

  • Ensure a quiet space with reliable Zoom connectivity.
